Accuracy-first bid workflow
Measure once, review once, price from the reviewed record.
Goodson's Bids keeps automatic takeoff results draft until an estimator approves them. The priced bid is built from a handoff ledger with quantity, source, review status, warnings, and product evidence.
What Was Combined
TOTALTAKEOFF remains the measurement and source-evidence side. TOTALBIDDER remains the pricing, labor, BOM, supplier, compliance, and proposal side. Goodson's Bids adds the shared reviewed quantity ledger between them.

Why TotalBidder asks you to sign in
TotalBidder was built as a separate app, so its own account screen still exists. Cloudflare Access protects Goodson's Bids, but it does not automatically sign into that older internal login.

Native estimating inside Goodson's Bids
The cleaner direction is to move pricing tables, supplier updates, BOM printing, and proposal output directly into this tab so the app feels like one system from start to finish.

Fail Closed
Rows without item, positive quantity, or unit are blocked from bidder export.
Measured Accuracy
Benchmark reports show recall, precision, quantity tolerance, missing scope, and extras.
Source Evidence
Rows without sheet or source reference are warning-level issues so the bid can be audited back to the drawing.
Warnings Preserved
Scan limits, cable assumptions, ambiguous symbols, product gaps, and open items stay with the export.
